Who Can Get a Refund

Refunds are only given if there’s a technical issue that stops the tool from working as it should.

Getting Your Refund

If your refund is approved, we’ll return the money to the payment method you used.
It might take 5 to 10 business days for the money to show up in your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
